By accessing the online platform and services of Harper Can Help US Inc., including mental health assessments, peer support tools, and any affiliated modules ("the Services"), you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Ownership and Provider
All modules, content, and Services are the intellectual property of Harper Can Help US Inc., a registered U.S. corporation. The company maintains sole ownership of the software, assessments, peer support content, and related digital tools.
3. Eligibility
The Services are intended for users in the United States who are 13 years or older. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian when required by law.
4. Nature of Services
Important: The Services are non-clinical and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are intended to promote self-reflection and provide access to voluntary peer support based on shared experience. All content is informational only.
5. Data Privacy and Use
All information collected through intake forms is:
- Used only for the purpose of assessment delivery and peer matching
- Stored in compliance with U.S. data protection standards and any applicable privacy laws
- May be de-identified for use in research, reporting, or quality improvement

6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, non-fraudulent information
- Refrain from impersonating others or engaging in harassment or abuse
- Respect the privacy and boundaries of all peer participants
7. Peer Support Limitations
Peer Support services are optional, non-professional, and offered in good faith. Harper Can Help US Inc. does not guarantee outcomes from peer interactions and assumes no liability for the conduct of individual users.
8. Right to Remove Access
Harper Can Help US Inc. may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.
9. Limitation of Liability
LIMITATION: The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Harper Can Help US Inc. disclaims all responsibility for any damages, including emotional or psychological distress, arising from participation or use of the Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harper Can Help US Inc., its employees, directors, affiliates, and agents from any liability, claim, or expense (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

- Technical Info (e.g., browser type, device, IP address for performance)
We do not collect government ID numbers, health card information, or financial data unless explicitly required for billing (and only in secure, limited-use systems).

- To deliver personalized mental health assessments
- To match you with an appropriate peer supporter (if consented)
- To provide secure and preferred communication channels
- To improve our services, perform analytics, and track general usage trends

We use industry-standard security protocols and encrypted storage to protect your information. Data is housed in secure, access-controlled environments.

As a Participant, I Agree To:
- Act Respectfully β I will communicate with kindness, empathy, and without judgment
- Respect Anonymity β I will not pressure others to share personal information or break anonymity
- Maintain Boundaries β I will not attempt to provide clinical advice
- Stay Within Scope β I understand that Peer Support is non-clinical and does not replace therapy
- Report Concerns β I will report any inappropriate behavior or safety concerns
- Be Accountable β I acknowledge that my peer match may opt out at any time
